One interesting fact about yourself:
I am the youngest of 4 kids and have only brothers! :)
If you could have dinner with one person, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
I would have dinner with my grandma, who passed away when I was in 7th grade after battling breast cancer. She was always an amazing source of wisdom and I would love to talk to her now that I have grown up a little more and gone through many and more diverse life experiences.
It is a lazy Sunday, how would you spend your day?
I would most likely spend my day by sleeping in, drinking a big cup of coffee and reading a book, and probably spend a little time shoppingg!! :)
What is the funniest comment you have heard from a child while working for SMS?
One of the funniest comments I've heard from kids was when I was trying to use an electric car on the driveway. The 3 year old to whom is belonged put his helmet on, looked at me confidently and said, "step aside, I'll handle this!!"
When you were a kid growing up, what did you want to be?
When I was a kid I wanted to be a ballerina! But my back up plan was to be a doctor :)
If you were stranded on a desert island, and could pick three items, what would they be?
On a desert island I would bring a sailboat, a book and my iPod for music.
What is the funniest memory from your childhood babysitter?
Once when I was little, my dog had an accident in the house. My babysitter cleaned it up with something that made the floors very slippery so we moved the rug aside and my siblings and I had a slip n slide on old pillow cases across the floor!
What has been your most memorable experience while working with SMS?
While working at SMS my most memorable experience, besides meeting all of the wonderful kids and enjoying their laughs and hugs, was probably the New Albany Founders Day Parade. Although it was rainy, it was great to meet the other sitters and come together in support of a wonderful cause!
