One interesting fact about yourself:

I grew up on a horse farm and continue to ride and train as often as possible.

If you could have dinner with one person, alive or dead, who

would it be and why?

I would like to have dinner with John Green. He is my favorite young adult author. I would love to learn more about his writing process and his inspirations. I think that he could give me some excellent ideas of how to incorporate his literature into my classrooms. 

It is a lazy Sunday, how would you spend your day?

I like to spend lazy Sundays watching baseball or football and eating Skyline Chili.  

What is the funniest comment you have heard from a child

while working for SMS?

“Blue sparkly toenails are a sign of royalty!”

When you were a kid growing up, what did you want to be?

 I wanted to be a ballerina and professional horse trainer.

If you were stranded on a desert island, and could pick three

items, what would they be?

Water, matches, and a tent

What is the funniest memory from your childhood babysitter?

She would help me choreograph dance routines then put on a show.

What has been your most memorable experience while

working with SMS?

Having a boy ask me to sing Edelweiss to him as he fell asleep.
