When I was younger, my sister and I had the same summer babysitter for many years. We would stay at her house for the day with a couple other kids. All of us were obsessed with playing house, and it was always so funny having us all dress up as the mom, dad, and even the dog!

 I love when kids always try to guess my age…they usually think I’m three times my age haha. 

9.    What is the best advice someone has ever given to you?

My mom always gives the best advice and my favorite piece of advice was that if you feel comfortable, you aren’t learning anything.

I love being able to get close with the kids I babysit on a regular basis. And it’s so rewarding watching them grow and learn!

When I was younger I would always have tea parties with my babysitter and invite my stuffed animal "friends" over!

I was taking one of the children I was babysitting for a walk and he said to me "look all of the animals are having a little party!" as he pointed to the rabbits and birds that were near each other in the woods. It was so cute and innocent I could not help but smile and laugh!

 
9.    What is the best advice someone has ever given to you?
My mom has always been my greatest supporter and when I needed motivation to help me get through Organic Chemistry (ugh), she told me to not spend time being nervous about the test because it was wasted energy; instead she told me to keep my eye on the prize and just give it my all to get the job done because nothing lasts forever. How right she was!
